WANTON AND CHICKEN IN SOUP

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken Meat (sliced) 200 g / 7 oz

American Sliced Ginseng 10 g

Stoned Red Dates 10

Ginger 2 slices

Shanghai Cabbage or Green Vegetables 150 g / 5 oz

Frozen Wantons 10 pieces

Salt and Pepper to taste
MARINADE
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 1 tsp
-
Sugar 1/2 tsp
-
Salt 1/2 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil 1 tsp
-
HAC Corn Starch 1 tsp
CHICKEN STOCK
- Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder 4 tsp / 20 g

Hot Water 1 liter / 4 cups
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix chicken with marinade.
2. Bring the chicken stock to the boil. Add chicken, American ginseng, red dates and ginger. Simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add Shanghai cabbage, wanton and cook for about 3 minutes or until wantons are done. Season to taste and serve hot.
